Job summary

Insight Global is supporting a client in Columbus, OH, seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join the Deposit Pricing Team. The role focuses on analyzing and supporting deposit pricing, interest rates, and related expenses across all bank segments.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in customer service.
Background in banking or financial services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

Handle deposit pricing exception request processes and provide feedback to bankers.
Serve as liaison between vendors, pricing team, and other corporate areas as needed.
Maintain and update reporting on deposit portfolio results, trends, risks and opportunities.
Research and analyze deposit pricing requests and growth opportunities.
Test and implement pricing strategies and assess results.
Identify discrepancies between expected, reported, and actual pricing activity per guidelines.
Develop and generate specialized and ad hoc reports.
Develop and update documentation to support policies and procedures.
Monitor reporting of business/competitor trends and other data.
