Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in banking, deposit operations, or account servicing.
• Experience with tax reporting, unclaimed property, or related functions preferred.
• Ability to interpret procedures, research complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Experience supporting audits, examinations, regulatory requirements, or operational risk activities preferred.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for specialized deposit servicing functions and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, calendars, and documentation to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Monitor regulatory changes and update processes as needed.
• Provide guidance for complex research, servicing inquiries, and escalations.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and customer experience.
• Support knowledge sharing and cross-training across Deposit Operations and related teams.
