Job summary

Arise Financial in Canton, MA is seeking an entry-level Deposit Operations Specialist I to support routine deposit account processing and maintenance while learning policies and systems. This role emphasizes accuracy, reliability, and adherence to regulatory requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Communications, or a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of financial institution, payment processing, banking, or operations experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of payment processing concepts; knowledge of ACH or NACHA rules is a plus.

• Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy.

About the Role

As a Deposit Operations Specialist I, you'll perform routine deposit account processing and maintenance activities to support accurate member records and transaction integrity. This entry-level role focuses on learning policies, procedures, and systems while providing reliable operational support

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For
