• A minimum of 5 years’ previous bank operations experience or related areas.
• Ability to research, interpret, analyze and report operational data.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Proficient in Core Processing System, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize work, meet deadlines and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily deposit operations tasks including reconciliations, currency orders, and wire transfers.
• Research and resolve general ledger items and outstanding issues.
• Coordinate with auditors and regulators during examinations and audits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with BSA, USA Patriot Act and AML requirements.
• Maintain accurate deposit ledgers and timely communications with branch personnel.
