Job summary

Cornerstone Banks in Minot, ND is seeking a Deposit Operations Specialist to handle deposit products and service tasks in person at our ND/SD locations. This full-time role focuses on accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and timely customer support.

The ideal candidate can juggle priorities, communicate clearly, and use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook). Banking experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of bank experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Process deposit products and related tasks accurately and timely.
• Ensure processing complies with federal and state laws.
• Assist with daily operations and customer service as needed.

What You’ll Do

The Deposit Operations Specialist has primary responsibilities focusing on deposit products and service-related tasks to ensure bank processing is completed in an accurate, timely manner and in conformity with federal and state laws.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Keen attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook as well as utilization of office equipment

Background & Experience

High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of bank experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
