Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least one year of administrative or customer service experience; banking experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on deposit products and regulations to assist customers while complying with controls.
• Assist with administration of customer information files, deposit products, services, fees, accounts, tax information, online banking profiles and access, ensuring CIP compliance.
• Process transfers, refunds, closures, and reconcile general ledger discrepancies.
• Review ATM deposits for risk and holds on funds.
• Process returned mail and perform thorough check verification reviews.
• Assist with management of deposit account documentation: tracking, scanning, indexing, account management, and follow-up.
• Assist with administration of customer information files and online banking access.
• Additional duties as needed.
