Qualifications

• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Business majors preferred.
• Self-motivated with initiative.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of deposit account policy and procedures and deposit account regulations that regulate deposit account documentation requirements.
• Process maintenance requests (address changes, COD Renegotiations, Internal Transfers, Account Conversions, etc.).
• Process deletion stop payments – Internal and External.
• Sort/Process returned mail.
• Process verification of deposit requests.
• Review Daily Intranet and Goat Reports.
• Maintain electronic Signature Card Files- including changed, new and closed account documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
