This role is an in office role requiring working out of the locations listed on the requisition. The CSBB Deposits team has management and P&L responsibility for a significant portfolio that generates a large share of revenue for the Truist enterprise, including net interest income and fee revenue. The team develops and drives deposit and debit product strategy, design, development, launch, execution, and ongoing management to meet financial and client objectives. The team works closely multiple business partners including Corporate Treasury, CSBB Strategy, Marketing, Sales Channels, Service Channels, Operations, and Technology, to support high-level execution. The team also works closely with Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners to ensure that all aspects of the business meet appropriate standards. The Deposit Product Senior Analyst is responsible for working collaboratively to provide oversight of end-to-end client lifecycle of consumer and small business deposits, from acquisition to retention. Strategic planning, execution, and management of deposit-related initiatives to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. This role reviews overall performance of the Consumer Deposits portfolio including client experience and long-term growth including market share, wallet share and incremental segment identification. Cross-functional alignment towards the vision and strategy and drive successful outcomes. Develops solutions for deposit or debit products. The role provides strategic leadership of the end-to-end client journey roadmap across multiple products, processes, segments and channels to enhance the client experience. Drive business process transformation to create long-term competitive advantage through a differentiated client experience. Broad, cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve consumer Deposits client acquisition and service model. Focus on process and experience enhancements to increase client engagement and our market position. The role initiates analytical exploration and validation and provides Ideation, development, organization, planning, and execution of projects, programs, and initiatives with a focus on client-level programs. Design, create, and optimize critical performance and channel metrics for multiple high priority segments and leading priorities. Develop the critical performance indicators and partner with various groups to ensure clients have a seamless omnichannel experience interacting with their Deposit product.
