Job summary

Tabs, the leading AI-native revenue platform, is seeking a Deployment Team Lead in New York City to coach a small team of Deployment Strategists while delivering high-impact implementations for enterprise customers. You’ll own end-to-end deployments, map business processes, configure Tabs, and manage ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks) to enable smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leader with experience delivering complex software implementations.
• Strong accounting fluency and ability to translate finance requirements into configurations.
• Knowledge of ERP integrations (NetSuite, QuickBooks) and revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end client deployments in SaaS/fintech.
• Excellent communication across finance, technical teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a small team of Deployment Strategists.
• Own end-to-end deployments including onboarding and go-lives.
• Map business processes and configure Tabs and ERP integrations.
• Refine playbooks and standardize workflows with cross-functional teams.
• Translate client needs into implementation decisions for finance requirements.
• Track delivery metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding as the team scales.
