Jobbeschreibung

We're partnering with a rapidly growing, HealthTech startup that's transforming how healthcare organizations manage complex clinical and administrative workflows.

The company is building AI-powered technology designed to streamline healthcare operations, reduce administrative burden, and enable clinicians to focus on delivering better patient care. Backed by leading technology investors, the team combines deep clinical expertise with cutting‑edge engineering to bring AI solutions into real‑world healthcare environments.

As the company continues to scale its enterprise partnerships, they're looking for a Technical Deployment Strategist to play a critical role in bringing its technology to life for major healthcare organizations.

About the Role

We're looking for a highly analytical, technically fluent Deployment Strategist to own complex enterprise AI implementations from initial discovery through production launch.

This role sits at the intersection of management consulting, technical product management, and enterprise software deployment.

You'll work directly with enterprise healthcare customers, AI engineers, clinicians, and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and successfully deploy AI-powered solutions into production.

The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving challenging problems, and can seamlessly move between strategic discussions with senior executives and detailed technical conversations with engineering teams.

This is not a traditional project management role. You'll have significant ownership over solution design, customer relationships, implementation strategy, and delivery outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own enterprise deployments end‑to‑end, managing customer implementations from discovery and solution design through development, testing, launch, and adoption.

  • Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, working directly with customers to understand operational workflows, system dependencies, and implementation challenges.

  • Partner closely with engineering teams, developing functional specifications, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and technical requirements that guide product development.

  • Drive cross‑functional execution, coordinating internal engineering, clinical, product, and customer teams to ensure successful and timely deployments.

  • Solve complex problems, navigating technical integrations, operational challenges, regulatory requirements, and competing stakeholder priorities.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, building relationships with senior leadership and helping customers determine the most effective solutions to their challenges.

  • Own implementation planning and execution, including project timelines, testing strategies, user acceptance testing, deployment readiness, and go‑live coordination.

  • Develop deep healthcare domain expertise, understanding clinical workflows, payer operations, healthcare interoperability, and the challenges involved in implementing AI within complex organizations.

  • Continuously improve deployment processes, helping establish scalable frameworks and best practices as the organization grows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4-6+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, enterprise software implementation, or a technical customer‑facing role at a high‑growth technology company.

  • Proven experience owning complex, enterprise technical deployments or transformation initiatives, ideally from initial discovery through successful production deployment.

  • Hands‑on experience translating business requirements into technical specifications, including functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and documentation that engineering teams use to build solutions.

  • Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand APIs, data models, system architecture, enterprise integrations, and engineering tradeoffs.

  • Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, with experience navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex challenges, and developing practical solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience working directly with senior enterprise customers and cross‑functional technical teams.

  • A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to drive initiatives forward independently and take accountability for successful outcomes.

  • Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑performing environments, where adaptability, curiosity, and execution are essential.

  • A genuine interest in healthcare and AI, with enthusiasm for learning complex industries and bringing innovative technology into production.

Even Better If You Have

  • Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, Da Vinci, or X12).

  • Experience within healthcare technology, particularly health plans, providers, or healthcare administration.

  • Familiarity with prior authorization, utilization management, claims, risk adjustment, or clinical workflows.

  • Experience deploying AI/ML or LLM‑powered applications into enterprise production environments.

  • Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks, prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), or agentic workflows.

  • Previous experience at an early‑stage or high‑growth startup, particularly in a founding or early operational role.

  • A background combining management consulting with hands‑on technical product or implementation experience.

Why Join?

  • Meaningful impact: Help bring AI technology into real‑world healthcare environments and address some of the industry's most complex challenges.

  • Significant ownership: Lead high‑impact enterprise deployments and directly influence customer outcomes.

  • Exceptional team: Work alongside highly talented AI engineers, clinicians, and technical leaders.

  • Career growth: Join an organization at an exciting stage of growth, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility and develop into a future leader.

  • Cutting‑edge technology: Work at the forefront of enterprise AI adoption in healthcare.

  • Competitive compensation and benefits: Top‑of‑market salary, comprehensive health benefits, professional development opportunities, and flexible PTO.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining strategic problem-solving, technical product thinking, and hands‑on execution to bring sophisticated technology into production at enterprise scale.
