Fig Technology Inc. is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the why and what of deployments, partnering with COO-level stakeholders across two to four accounts. You will define transformation roadmaps, map current processes, and drive adoption with executive sponsorship and measurable ROI.

Based in the US, this role requires 40% travel, strong change management, and the ability to translate business problems into deployable software changes with impact on pricing and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in management consulting, operations leadership, or a deployment role.
• Can read a P&L and a data model in the same meeting, and knows which one the customer actually cares about.
• Has led change inside a company that did not want to change, and can explain what they would do differently.
• Writes clearly and briefly; influence often happens in client-facing documents.

Responsibilities

• Own the executive sponsor at two to four accounts. Set the transformation roadmap, pick the first use cases, define the baseline, measure the ROI, and drive expansion.
• Map how work is actually done today, find where AI changes the economics, and translate a COO's problem into something a Forward Deployed Engineer can build in weeks.
• Run the change: champions, enablement sessions, usage reviews, and candid conversations when adoption stalls.
• Bring domain depth in finance, operations or supply chain, and be the point of contact when the plan changes.
• Feed learnings back into how Fig sells, deploys and prices; the playbook is written by the people running it.

# Deployment StrategistYou are the person a customer trusts to turn a transformation goal into a change that actually happened.Apply for this role## The roleEvery Fig deployment runs as a pod: engineers who build, and a Deployment Strategist who owns why and what. You are the strategist. You sit with the COO or the head of operations, decide which processes change first, set the roadmap, measure the return, and keep everyone, including the customer, accountable to it.This is a deployment role, not an advisory one. You are in the building when the first workflow goes live, and you are the one who notices when adoption stalls in week six. When an account reaches steady state, you hand it to the engineer who built it and move to the next one.## What you'll do* Own the executive sponsor at two to four accounts. Most of your influence happens in documents the customer's leadership reads without you in the room.* Comfortable owning a number. Expansion at your accounts is part of how this role is measured.## Nice to have* Operating experience inside an industrial, distribution, consumer or insurance business.* Enough technical depth to read a workflow diagram and a data schema and ask the right question.## Location and travelBased in Chicago, New York or Dallas, or relocating to one of them.
