Spectrum Search is partnered with a growth-stage healthcare AI technology company hiring a Deployment Specialist to own customer implementations and ongoing success. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining software deployment, technical problem-solving and stakeholder management within an in-person New York team.

About the opportunity

The company develops AI and machine learning technology for healthcare organisations and is expanding its work with larger, more complex customers. The Deployment Specialist will sit at the intersection of customers and engineering, taking ownership of implementations while helping turn customer requirements into effective product and technical outcomes.

This is a full-time position suited to someone with experience in a growth-stage technology environment who is comfortable combining client ownership with technical delivery.

The role

You will own the customer lifecycle from post-sale onboarding through deployment and ongoing success. Early implementation periods involve high-touch customer engagement, followed by structured management across a portfolio of accounts.

The role requires confidence working directly with multiple customer stakeholders, understanding operational requirements and translating them into clear actions for technical teams. You will also support integrations, product configuration, user training and measurement of deployment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from onboarding through deployment and ongoing success
• Lead customer meetings and build effective relationships with operational, technical and senior stakeholders
• Manage software integrations and support configuration of the platform within customer environments
• Train users and ensure customers can adopt the technology effectively
• Translate customer requirements, issues and feedback into clear, actionable work for engineering teams
• Coordinate with engineers to drive technical issues through to resolution
• Track deployment outcomes and identify opportunities to improve customer value
• Manage multiple customer accounts while maintaining clear priorities and delivery standards
• Help develop repeatable implementation and deployment processes as the organisation scales
• Proven experience in a customer-facing deployment, implementation, engagement or similar technical delivery role, with direct ownership of client relationships
• Experience working within a growth-stage technology or software company
• Strong technical aptitude and confidence working with software systems, data and configuration tools
• Familiarity with SQL
• Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate them clearly to engineering teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to lead customer meetings independently
• Organised, execution-focused approach to managing multiple deployments and customer priorities
• US citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the organisation's work
• Ability to work on-site in New York City five days per week

Nice-to-haves

Location and remote setup

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York City, with five days per week in the office. Candidates must already be based in New York City or be willing to relocate. Relocation support is available. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
