You'll work directly with clinical leaders and internal engineering teams to implement solutions and drive adoption, while uncovering opportunities for product improvement. Every deployment presents unique challenges, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is energized about partnering with diverse stakeholders to solve high impact clinical and operational problems. As the company enters its next phase of growth, you'll play a key role in helping scale implementations across some of the most innovative healthcare organizations in the country.

If you enjoy taking ownership of complex customer challenges and want a seat at the table as a high growth company scales, we'd love to connect.

  • Technical Problem Solving — Tackle the inevitable challenges that arise during implementation, partnering closely with customers to keep deployments moving and outcomes on track.
  • Account Ownership — Operate with a high degree of autonomy while managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Continuous Improvement — Identify opportunities to improve deployment processes, implementation playbooks, and customer outcomes as the organization scales.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in a hybrid customer facing deployment role, such as solutions engineering, implementation, technical consulting, customer success, product, or a similar technical position.
  • A strong ability to bridge technical and business conversations, translating complex concepts into actionable solutions.
  • Experience managing client relationships and driving projects from kickoff through successful execution.
  • Comfort working with data and analytical tools; familiarity with SQL is a plus.
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in fast changing environments.
  • A high ownership mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and solve problems wherever needed.
  • Experience in startups or high growth environments is strongly preferred.
  • Healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
