Claim Health in New York, NY is seeking an implementation leader who can take a signed contract and turn it into a live deployment. You’ll own end‑to‑end deployments for home health and hospice agencies, mapping each partner’s org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration, while working directly with clients on site.

Claim Health is the AI Revenue Platform for Post‑Acute Care. With the US population aging and preference for care moving to the home, post‑acute care (home health, skilled nursing, home care, hospice) is one of the fastest growing verticals within healthcare. Post‑acute providers operate across fragmented systems, manual workflows, and reactive processes that create operational drag and financial uncertainty. Claim Health replaces this fragmentation with an intelligent, software‑driven platform that unifies data, automates execution, and enables real‑time decision‑making across revenue‑critical operations.

Location: New York, NY (In‑Person) – Full‑Time

The Role

You’ll be the person who takes a signed contract and turns it into a live, working deployment. We need someone who can carry it independently – technically sharp enough to understand how our product works under the hood and translate what a client is asking for into a precise product or configuration request, and people‑smart enough to run a C‑suite readout and a training session with frontline intake staff in the same day.

This is a foundational hire. You’ll help build the deployment function from the ground floor and set the standard for how Claim Health onboards every client going forward.

You Can Expect To

• Lead end‑to‑end deployments across home health and hospice agencies – from discovery through go‑live, owning the full mapping of each partner’s org structure, payer mix, workflows, and SOPs into precise platform configuration.
• Configure and deploy Claim Health’s AI agents to match each partner’s workflows across intake, authorization, and revenue operations.
• Bring a point of view – identify where Claim Health can genuinely improve a process and prescribe a better way forward.
• Write SOPs where they don’t exist, and build the deployment playbooks and onboarding guides that scale our process beyond you.
• Translate customer requests into precise, well‑scoped product asks that engineering can actually act on.
• Run onboarding and training sessions across clinical, RCM, and operations staff.

What We’re Looking For

• Meticulous organization – you’re managing multiple clients, configurations, and open items simultaneously and nothing slips.
• Process fluency – you can absorb how an organization works, identify where things break down, and prescribe a better path using the tools in front of you.
• Genuine technical depth – diagnose problems, translate customer needs into product requests, and operate without engineering support on routine issues.
• Multi‑level communication – equally credible with executives, middle management, and frontline workers; you will be on‑site with clients and this is not a back‑office role.
• First‑principles problem solver – find the actual cause, not the surface symptom.
• Calm under pressure – deployments get messy; you don’t.
• End‑to‑end ownership – you pick something up and see it through; nothing falls through the cracks.

Experience

• 2–5 years in implementation, solutions engineering, or a forward‑deployed role.
• A track record of leading deployments and owning go‑lives end‑to‑end, not just supporting them.
• Healthcare or health‑tech background preferred; RCM or authorization experience is a strong plus.
• Technical enough to diagnose integration and data flow issues independently – coding ability is a strong plus.
