Job summary

Modular Power Solutions seeks a Deployment Specialist to coordinate delivery, assembly, and inspection of our products. This role blends autonomy with supervision to ensure on-time, quality deployments across the U.S.

You will travel to job sites up to 75%, review drawings, guide installations, coordinate product releases, and serve as the liaison among drivers, site teams, subcontractors, and staff. A high school diploma and construction/coordinations experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities for field coordination.
• Proficient with MS Office; Oracle knowledge a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or project coordination.

Responsibilities

Your Next Opportunity

The Deployment Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the delivery, assembly, and inspection of company products. This role requires a fully competent professional who can perform job duties with some autonomy but still requires significant supervision.

What You'll Do

• Travel to jobsites when products are being delivered, ensure a smooth delivery of products, and guide the install of products.
• Coordinate the release of our products to our customers.
• Act as point of contact for stakeholders during the deployment of products. This includes, but is not limited to, truck drivers, site construction team, subcontractors and employees.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safe and quality work.
• Review drawings before delivery of product to ensure the logistical plan is performed.
• Assist in resolving construction problems related to delivery and issues in the field.
• Adapt to changing conditions and schedules throughout the life of the projects.
• Perform incoming equipment receiving inspections
• Review drawings and submittals to accurately represent inspection data
• Document any issues that arise during inspection process

What You'll Need To Be Successful

• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.

• Effective oral and written communication skills as required for the position.
• Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player.
• Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.
• Supporting and assisting the MPS freight team.

What You Bring To Us

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in electrical construction, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction experience and/or project coordination
• Can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
• Computer, filing and 10-key skills required.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skill.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary.

Travel

• Up to 75% with travel to job sites across the U.S. as needed.

Working Conditions

• General work environment - sitting for long periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions such as fluorescent lighting and air conditioning
• Noise level is usually low to medium; it can be loud on the jobsite.
