Job summary

REALM is seeking a Deployment Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery of GPU cluster projects from contract to go-live. You will coordinate across hardware vendors, data centers, network providers, and internal engineering teams to keep schedules on track and deployments progressing smoothly.

The role requires 3–5 years in infrastructure project management, strong communication, and experience with tools like Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira or Asana.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in project management within infrastructure, data centre, telecom, cloud or similar environments.
• Track record coordinating external vendors and internal teams to hit deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira or Asana.
• Bonus: PMP or CAPM, or exposure to server hardware, networking or GPU infrastructure.
• Lean team (<50) with real ownership and visibility.
• Hands-on experience with large AI deployments being built today.
• Long-term contracted demand rather than an early-stage bet.

Responsibilities

We’re partnering with a publicly listed AI infrastructure company that designs and delivers large-scale GPU clusters for enterprise and AI-native customers. With a multi-billion dollar contracted pipeline and major deployments now underway, they’re growing their deployments team and looking for a Deployment Project Manager to help bring new clusters live.

The role

You’ll manage the day to day delivery of GPU cluster projects, from signed contract to customer go-live. You’ll keep the moving parts aligned across hardware vendors, data centre partners, network providers and internal engineering teams.

What you’ll do

• Build and run project schedules covering site readiness, hardware delivery, installation, network turn-up, commissioning and testing
• Track milestones, dependencies and open actions across multiple workstreams
• Produce clear status updates for leadership and customers
• Flag schedule risks early and drive issues through to resolution
• Build working knowledge of the GPU deployment lifecycle as you go

What we’re looking for

Compensation:

Up to $200k DOE + Bonus + Equity

Location:

Remote or hybrid, US-based, with travel to partner data centre sites.
