Pantheon Data in the Washington, DC area is seeking a Deployment Program Manager to lead end-to-end data integration and secure AWS GovCloud deployments for DoD clients.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with customer discovery, backlog management, and governance across enterprise data estates to ensure accreditation-ready outcomes and cross-functional collaboration. Based in Reston, VA, this hybrid role requires coordinating with government data owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree from ABET-accredited university; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering with 5+ years leading technical programs.
• Experience managing remote, geographically dispersed teams and DoD contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed implementation plans, schedules, and milestones from SOWs.
• Own data-integration strategy across the enterprise data estate.
• Lead delivery teams, set technical direction, and manage backlog.
• Architect and deploy systems into AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5, maintaining ATO.
