Job summary

Metrea is seeking a Deployment Coordinator Supervisor to lead a team of Deployment Coordinators and ensure deployment readiness, travel execution, and compliance across personnel. The role focuses on workload management, escalation handling, and cross-functional alignment to support rapid operational deployment.

The position requires strong leadership, DoD travel knowledge, and hands-on experience with systems like D365, Concur, SPOT, and Monday.com.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in program operations or administrative leadership, including travel and program admin in government or complex corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of DoD travel regulations and Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) to ensure compliance at scale.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools; experience with enterprise platforms like Dynamics 365 or ABACUS, Concur, and coordinating with Monday.com and SPOT.

Responsibilities

Supervise Deployment Coordinators across multiple sites; assign workload and monitor output and quality.
Establish performance expectations; conduct reviews; support hiring, onboarding, and training; be escalation point for issues.
Oversee end-to-end deployment coordination (personnel/files); ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance; standardize workflows.
Monitor service levels and metrics; identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
Lead timecard oversight in D365; manage cadence, missing timesheets, and process improvements.
Oversee expense reporting to ensure timely, accurate submissions and contract compliance.
Oversee travel authorization and booking coordination ensuring compliance and timely approvals.
Ensure deployment readiness completion and manage schedule risks.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and improve readiness timelines.
Own systems/data governance and coordinate with Site Ops, Finance, People, Travel to resolve issues.
