Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking a Deployment Manager in Westlake, TX. The role blends deep product knowledge with consultative skills to deliver deployments, drive adoption, and optimize client enablement.

You will analyze opportunities, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide teams through deployment phases to ensure successful outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus across the end-to-end process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent career experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product development, client management, and software deployment; Testing; demonstrated expert analytical skills and technical competence.
• Experience with Postman, Insomnia, API testing, Single Sign On, File Transmissions is required.
• Keen focus on the end-to-end customer experience; resolve user problems while working across stakeholders to prioritize solutions.
• Demonstrate a grow and learn mentality to advance skills and approach work with a constant curiosity to keep current with business and client needs.

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Westlake, TX I that is seeking a Deployment Manager. Summary: As a Deployment Manager, you blend deep product knowledge and consultation skills, with the ability to complete deliverables within the product deployment phase. You have a passion for empathizing with our clients in defining the opportunities, generating solutions, collaborating with stakeholders, and optimizing product enablement. Primary Focus:

• Plan: Analyze and prepare for the opportunity, scale, and complexity
• Deploy: Consistently demonstrate skills, behaviors, and abilities needed to successfully onboard clients and drive product adoption
• Support: Focus on continuous improvement and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholder

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
