Job summary

Andromeda is seeking a Deployment Engineer to design, build, and operate GPU clusters on-site for AI labs and compute providers. You will execute on-site tasks from hardware delivery to ready-for-service, manage integrators, and ensure a clean handover with complete documentation to the operations team.

The role focuses on hands-on deployment, firmware and hardware diagnostics, and experience with liquid-cooled racks.

Qualifications

• GPU deployments: you have deployed GPU servers or clusters in production data centers.
• Systems skills: Linux, BMC and Redfish, firmware management, and hardware diagnostics.
• Liquid cooling: experience commissioning direct liquid-cooled racks.

Responsibilities

• On-site execution: receiving, rack and stack, cabling, power-on, firmware, burn-in, and acceptance testing.
• Vendor management: daily direction of integrators and contractors against the build plan.
• Handover: documentation, as-built records, and a clean handover to the operations team.
