Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Deployment Engineer in Las Vegas. You will analyze hardware and software needs for projects, propose innovative solutions, and coordinate deployments with vendors and end users.

The role requires 6+ months IT experience, an Associate's Degree in IS/IT or related field (preferred), and cross-platform integration skills. Weekend/holiday work is expected; opportunities for training and advancement are offered.

Qualifications

6+ months of IT experience in a similar role.
Associate's Degree preferred in IS/IT or related field.
Experience in a resort setting preferred.
Knowledge of cross-platform integration testing.

Responsibilities

Analyze hardware and software needs for project planning and make recommendations.
Propose innovative solutions and improve processes.
Document project metrics for senior management reviews.
Coordinate deployments and vendor interactions.
Train and lead technicians or contingent workers for implementations.
Handle hardware and software issues on company and non-company devices.
