As a Deployment Engineer at Array, you will work with SaaS products and solutions in a post-sales capacity, while working with cross functional partners to ensure our strategy and technical visions are incorporated into the client delivery. This role will report directly to our Senior Deployment Engineer.

You Will:

  • Be highly organized - Drive revenue impact by leading 8–14 project deployments per quarter, contributing an average of $500K–$1M in deployed eARR once fully ramped (expected within 90 days).
  • Execute and optimize deployments by owning end-to-end implementation processes and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Enhance operational efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements, tooling enhancements, and automation.
  • Partner across teams by working closely with Engineering and Product to stay current on product updates, provide feedback, and contribute to roadmap alignment.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting deployment processes, updates, and best practices.
  • Support strategic scalability by helping address high pipeline demand, ensuring future quarters maintain delivery velocity while mitigating at-risk eARR.
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of deployment, implementation, or systems engineering experience in SaaS or enterprise software, with proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to learn and apply product knowledge and experience interfacing with APIs, SDKs, or cloud platforms.
  • Track record of process improvement, including developing documentation, automation, or internal tools to streamline and accelerate team output.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working alongside engineering, product, and customer-facing teams.
  • Proven ability to ramp up quickly, demonstrating independence and ownership within 60 days.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with an understanding of how technical deployments contribute to commercial goals.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay transparency: $110,000+ for base salary, depending on experience.
