Job summary

Phoebe is seeking a high-agency operator to lead customer deployments, from kickoff to activation, helping home health agencies adopt Phoebe at scale.

You will map workflows with agency owners, train teams, remove blockers, and drive real usage, with the goal of faster, cleaner, repeatable deployments across customers.

This role sits at the center of implementation, operations, product feedback, and company-building, requiring hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in consulting, banking, operations, or other high-intensity settings.
• Proven ability to map workflows and translate them into actionable plans.
• Comfort leading structured calls, managing expectations, and documenting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end deployment for new Phoebe customers, from kickoff through launch.
• Lead customer onboarding with clear agendas, structured follow-up, and next steps.
• Work with agency operators to understand scheduling workflows, pain points, and blockers.
• Train agency owners, administrators, schedulers, and operators on Phoebe usage.
• Drive activation by ensuring Phoebe is used for real operational work.
• Track launch readiness, blockers, risks, and adoption signals.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support to troubleshoot issues.
• Translate recurring customer issues into product feedback and playbooks.
