Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Deployment Analyst in Miami, FL to manage pre-deployment readiness of technology solutions for restaurants nationwide. You will coordinate site surveys with Franchisee partners and ensure sites are prepared for Oracle system conversions.

The role requires attention to detail, strong planning skills, and experience in project management within a fast-paced environment. The contract is 6 months, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements, managing projects, and executing plans.
• Proficient with PM tools: Smartsheet, Jira, Monday.com.
• Experience in the QSR/restaurant tech space is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation and installation of tech equipment.
• Oversee development, delivery, and rollout of hardware/software to existing restaurants.
• Review site surveys with Franchisee teams to ensure readiness for Oracle conversions.
• Lead weekly status calls and manage project communications with stakeholders.
• Maintain trackers and ensure timely communications to all stakeholders.
• Provide first-level escalation support for site readiness and Oracle conversion work, including overnight coverage.

Title: Deployment Analyst $20-28/hour Work Requirements: U.S. Citizen, GC Holders, or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Location: Miami, FL Duration: 6 month contract

Deployment Analyst

The Deployment Analyst is responsible for managing pre-deployment and readiness of technology solutions for restaurants nationwide, with a primary focus on reviewing site surveys with Franchisee partners and ensuring sites are fully prepared for Oracle system conversions. We are looking for a focused and detail-oriented candidate, excited to help us organize, coordinate, and manage various projects associated with technology initiatives across the system.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, mainly Operations, Point of Sale vendors, technology vendors, and technical experts to drive successful implementation and installation of technical equipment.
• Oversee development, execution, and delivery of technology (hardware and software) to existing restaurants.
• Review site surveys with Franchisee teams to validate accuracy and confirm sites are fully prepared for Oracle conversions.
• Execute weekly calls to ensure project status is on track and escape critical issues that may impact project completion.
• Maintain up-to-date trackers of all restaurant status and ensure communications are being sent in a timely manner to all affected stakeholders.
• Provide first level escalation support of site readiness and Oracle conversion work, specifically during late hours (overnight support required).

The successful candidate will have:

• Associate's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience in requirements gathering, project management and project execution.
• Proficient in Project Management tools, including Smartsheet, Monday, Jira.
• Efficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with Operations in the QSR industry, including operations process flow and integrations with technology.
• Experience managing POS content and high-level understanding of restaurant systems and technology.
  • Candidates with QSR experience will be prioritized.
• Have current, working knowledge of the food service industry and current challenges.
• Ability to manage requests, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-orientated and hands-on.
• Work well with others.
• Be willing to pivot and take on projects as needed by the business.
• Proven project management experience of large projects a plus.
