Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) is seeking a Deployable Tool Crib and Supply Support Specialist to support the FLEX Deployment Team. This role involves receiving, storing, and issuing tools across local and deployed sites, with periodic inventory, damaged equipment tracking, and data maintenance.

The position may require OCONUS travel, operates under FLEX schedules, and includes training responsibilities for less experienced staff, while ensuring compliance with safety and

Qualifications

• Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent and five or more years progressive experience issuing, maintaining and monitoring supplies, tools, fixtures, dies and related devices.
• Must be customer focused and possess familiarity with office and inventory/stock control software.
• Considerable knowledge of material handling equipment and hand, machine and measuring tools.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills to interface with all levels of employees and outside representatives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains accurate records for tracking, logging and verifying.
• Coordinates periodic inventory ensuring item availability to fill incoming requisitions.
• Maintains database of damaged, worn out, or missing equipment.
• Provides direction and training to less experienced staff and resolves non-routine issues.
• Receives, stores and issues tools, fixtures, dies and related items for local and deployed locations.
• Assembles and maintains tool kits, identifies shortages, and verifies conformance to specifications.
