Job summary

General Atomics Systems Integration, LLC (GA-SI) is seeking a Deployable Supply Service Representative to join our Army Mission Operations Support and Supply Team. This deployable role requires travel and a FLEX schedule with the ability to live at any location.

Key duties include receiving items, verifying codes and quantities, recording inventory, attaching property markers, fulfilling requests, packing for shipping, and communicating with internal teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer-focused and able to work with internal customers.
• Basic familiarity with office and inventory software.
• Basic knowledge of material handling equipment.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Able to travel and work in remote, austere locations and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Receive purchased and completed items, verify identification codes and quantities.
• Record inventory in the appropriate computer system(s) or hard copy records.
• Attach a variety of property identification markers.
• Fulfill standard and immediate inventory requests; restock and document returned inventory.
• Package, label, and document items for shipping.
• Respond to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal sources.
• Work in a safe manner in accordance with operating procedures.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deployable Supply Service Representative to support our Army Mission Operations Support and Supply Team. This is a deployable role and will require travel working a FLEX schedule with the ability to live at any location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receives purchased and completed manufactured items, verifies identification codes and quantities.
• Records incoming and outgoing inventory and/or material in the appropriate computer system(s) or hard copy record(s).
• Attaches a variety of property identification markers.
• Fulfills standard and immediate inventory requests. Restocks and documents returned inventory.
• May package, label, and document items for shipping.
• Responds to routine verbal and written requests for information from internal sources.
• Expected to work in a safe manner in accordance with established operating procedures and practices.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

Job Qualifications

Job Type: Flex Hourly

Salary range: 38,230 - 56,838
