Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate preparation of project documentation, such as engineering drawings, production specifications and schedules, and contract modifications, to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
  • Review contract to determine documentation required for each phase of the project, applying knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes.
  • Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect on overall product and system.
  • Coordinate modification records for management control.
  • Establish change orders and prepare for change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor.
  • Review and analyze released engineering change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, support, manufacturing, and engineering data control activities.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of Military/configuration analyst experience; OR Master’s degree and 3 years of relevant Military/configuration analyst experience.
  • In lieu of formal education, 9 years of relevant Military/configuration analyst experience.
  • Experience executing Plans Scheduling & Documentation (PS&D) or Maintenance Operations Center (MOC) functions.
  • Experience with technical data and electronic technical manual change processes.
  • Willing to work a flexible work schedule that may include extended shifts, holidays, and weekends and support on call status for 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week, 365 days a year.
  • Valid U.S. passport.
  • Ability to accept customer furnished quarters for a period up to 120 days away from primary work location and comply with mobility requirements.
  • Ability to meet medical and vaccination requirements for worldwide travel.
  • Ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S. adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active US Government Secret Clearance.
  • Experience supporting aircraft mechanical and avionics systems.
  • Experience evaluating engineering changes for implementation.
  • Flightline experience.
  • Aircraft Maintenance background.
Salary

Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
