Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems at Edwards AFB, CA, seeks a Deployable Avionics Technician 2 to install, test, and repair avionics wiring in aircraft per specs and FAA rules. Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent, 2 years related experience, and Secret clearance or higher.

Qualifications

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints and follow FAA regs.
• Willing to work flexible shifts and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and repair avionics wiring per specs and FAA rules.
• Fabricate, install and test wiring harnesses and harness routing.
• Read wiring diagrams and blueprints; operate specialty vehicles.
• Work in an approved environment with standard safety procedures.
