Qualifications

• Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
• Educational Substitution may substitute college credits for up to one half of the required experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain LAPMS, LARS, LPAMS, and LAP Listserv; identify issues and analyze/system enhancements.
• Train staff and consultants on the use of the systems.
• Assist the Section Manager in coordinating the Local Agency earmark program as directed by the State Legislature.
