Job summary

Case Western Reserve University is seeking a Student Employee to support UTech North Campus across the Colleges of Law, Weatherhead School of Management and MSASS. Duties include general office tasks and basic technology help with Google and Microsoft Office tools during standard hours (M-F, 8:00am - 5:00pm).

The role pays $12.50 per hour for 15-20 hours per week, offering hands-on IT support and customer service experience on campus in Cleveland, OH.

Description

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for general office and basic technology support including proficiency in office productivity software (Google and Microsoft Office) to UTech North Campus (Colleges of Law, Weatherhead School of Managment and MSASS). Duties include troubleshooting basic WEPA and other IT maintenance needs during standard business hours (M-F, 8:00am - 5:00 pm).

$12.50 per hour 15-20 hours per week.
