Position Overview

The position functions as a Compliance Monitoring Analyst (CMA) within the State Monitor Advocate (SMA) Office in the LEO-Targeted Services Division. Responsibilities include:

  1. Research, analyze, interpret data, and draft reports on agricultural employer and MSFW employment & training activities.
  2. Interpret state and federal regulations to ensure policy compliance.
  3. Coordinate activities with SMA and assist with statewide site reviews of Michigan Works! Centers.
  4. Review training modules for MSFW service delivery.
  5. Conduct field visits with SMA and outreach staff.
  6. Review MSFW performance data and monitor outreach services, complaint systems, and data collection/reporting systems.
  7. Evaluate program performance against strategic and operational plans and prepare reports.
  8. Collaborate with program managers to address non-compliance issues.
