This position functions as a Compliance Monitoring Analyst (CMA) within the State Monitor Advocate (SMA) Office in the LEO-Targeted Services Division. Responsibilities include assisting the SMA with various tasks as defined by federal regulations, such as researching, analyzing, and interpreting data, drafting reports related to agricultural employer and migrant and seasonal farmworker (MSFW) employment & training activities, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Education: Bachelor's degree in any major.
Experience:
Language and Experience Requirements: Fluency in Spanish and English, with at least 2 years of experience working with MSFWs or 3 years of MSFW background/experience.
Other roles may require completion of high school and relevant experience, or equivalent military service. College credits can substitute for experience on a proportional basis.
