The position operates 32 hours per week with hours from 7:00am to 7:30pm, every other weekend. The role emphasizes strong customer service, basic hospital procedures, and collaboration with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and other department related systems.
• Highest level of customer service skills.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Epic experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year hospital experience preferred.
• High School Degree required.
• BLS (from American Heart Association) required.

Responsibilities

• Provides front desk coverage which includes answering and directing incoming calls.
• Greeting patients and family members and provide assistance as needed.
• Collecting and distributing department mail.
• Performs related general duties such as monitoring and ordering supplies, submitting work orders, collating and assembling documents.

$19.31 - $28.00 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate’s expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
