Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead, train and coach associates across assigned departments. You will ensure customers receive excellent service and help them locate merchandise efficiently.

In addition to supervising daily operations, you will contribute input on merchandising and operational decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team, leveraging strong product knowledge to optimize store performance.
