The Home Depot is seeking a Department Supervisor to lead, train, coach and develop associates within multiple departments, ensuring customers receive excellent service and can easily locate items. This role provides valuable input into operational and merchandising decisions to the Store Management Team and Operations Team.

You will cover a mix of departments depending on store structure, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.

Responsabilidades

Oversee coverage across multiple departments such as Building Materials, Decor, Electrical, Flooring, Gardening, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, Pro Account Sales, Tool Rental, Front End, Freight, Receiving, Associate Support, Special Services, Merchandising Execution.
Coordinate with store leadership to ensure departmental goals are met and customers are assisted efficiently.
