About The SkillBridge Program

The Department of Defense SkillBridge Program provides transitioning service members with the opportunity to gain real‑world civilian work experience during their final 180 days of active duty.

Program Overview

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to real‑world projects in a fast‑paced electrical construction environment

• Receive ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
• Travel to active job sites as needed
