Flexible Program Options

IE understands that every service member’s transition looks a little different. That’s why we offer SkillBridge opportunities ranging from 60 to 180 days, depending on your availability and goals. We're continuously expanding our internship offerings and exploring new tracks that align with the skills and experiences of transitioning military members. While some technical skills may be required depending on the track, what matters just as much is who you are.
