• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is tagged, hung, coded, and ready for sale.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and adheres to labor laws and store policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
