Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Department Manager for the Water Resources team in Michigan. A licensed professional engineer is required to lead projects, manage staff, and drive business development and proposals.

The role focuses on planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects, with emphasis on leadership, client service, and profitable operations. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is required.
  • 12+ years of progressive water resources engineering experience is required.
  • Michigan PE license is required (or through reciprocity).
  • Demonstrated effective leadership, delegation, and strategic thinking skills are highly preferred.
  • Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of business development, proposals, and the design, management and delivery of water resources projects.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Colliers Engineering & Design is currently seeking a Department Manager to join our Water Resources team in Michigan! To be considered, we ask that candidates are a licensed professional engineer.
