Job summary

Von Maur, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager in Fargo to lead a team delivering exceptional customer service and driving department growth.

You will coach associates, build relationships with customers and execute sales strategies to achieve department goals. You will mentor staff, optimize merchandising, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining Von Maur’s reputation for outstanding experiences.
