H2M architects + engineers, a multidiscipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm with offices in NY, CT and NJ seeks a dynamic Civil Engineering Department Manager to build a civil engineering practice in the region. The candidate will oversee the vision, planning, project execution, staff development and success of the Civil Engineering Department in H2M’s Office which has been successfully delivering A/E consulting services to clients for over 3 decades.
The successful candidate will also provide civil engineering project management expertise, business development, client relationship management and coordination of key civil engineering services within the office. Considering this position involves building a civil engineering group in this geography, the ideal candidate will have established client relationships. H2M is open to the possibility of an owner/operator of a small civil engineering consulting firm applying for this position.

Education and Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is $135,000 - $175,000 annually.
