Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Sevierville, TN is seeking a Department Manager to lead a high-energy team focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving store performance. You will coach staff, recruit and retain top talent, and ensure operations run smoothly while upholding Nike's Service Principles and community spirit.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on merchandising, guest experience, and achieving store

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
