Nike Inc. Sevierville, TN is hiring a Department Manager at the Nike Factory Store. You will lead a high-volume, fast-paced team focused on delivering outstanding customer service and driving store growth while embodying the Nike brand and community involvement.

You will train and empower your team, implement service principles, and partner with colleagues to create positive experiences for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and coaching.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team that helps keep all store functions running seamlessly.
• Ensure your store is staffed by attracting, assessing and onboarding future teammates.
• Equip store employees with tools needed to succeed in their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Lead your store's team and business results/critical metrics, including budgeting, planning, a high level of customer service, sales, people leadership and management
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising and the sales floor.
