Zusammenfassung

Nike is seeking a Department Manager to lead a dynamic team in-store, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store performance. You will train and empower staff, manage daily operations, and support community partnerships while upholding Nike’s Service Principles and brand standards.

You’ll coach, develop, and inspire your team to create positive moments for customers, and you will champion inclusivity and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling.
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
