NIKE, Inc. seeks a Department Manager to lead and inspire a team, delivering the best customer experience while fostering inclusion and support. Train your team and apply our Service Principles, representing Nike’s global culture of sport and community.

You will drive store growth strategies, recruit and develop teammates, and use retail expertise to manage product flow and performance metrics. Nike offers employee discounts, healthcare, paid time off, and education programs.

Qualifications

• Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience
• One year of leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations
• Proven ability to utilize tools for conflict resolution and employee coaching and counseling
• Able to work mornings, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
