Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Glendale is seeking Department Managers to lead Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality teams. You’ll drive guest satisfaction, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality while delivering a fast-paced fan experience.

You’ll build schedules, manage inventory and labor, guide team development, and execute promotions. A high school diploma (or equivalent) and restaurant/leadership experience preferred are required.

Qualifications

• Restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Heart of House, Bar, and Hospitality operations on a shift-by-shift basis.
• Coach, train, and develop department team members and ensure guest satisfaction.
