Job summary

H&M is seeking a Department Manager to lead a store team and deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience. You will shape the store’s visual presentation, drive commercial opportunities, and support colleagues to achieve sales goals.

You will analyze store performance, identify strengths and opportunities, and implement plans to optimize profits while upholding global guidelines and brand standards.
