Requirements
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing systems like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.
The Guest Service Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring Crew and Managers deliver excellent customer service, executing sales promotions effectively, training staff in service procedures, and organizing the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for optimal service.
The Kitchen Department Manager’s responsibilities include ensuring the delivery of quality, safe, and fast food, controlling food costs, and training kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
The People Department Manager’s responsibilities include hiring qualified crew, training them well, scheduling to meet sales and profit goals, and motivating staff through recognition and engagement.
Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environments. We seek positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
