DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a Department Manager for the K&B Garage Doors unit in Las Vegas, NV. You will oversee daily operations, lead field technicians and office staff, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget and customer satisfaction targets.

The role requires a versatile leader who thrives in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment, is ready to travel for training, and focuses on service excellence and profitable growth for the branch.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory or managerial experience in repair/installation preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage field technicians and office staff to minimize costs and maximize profit.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Assist with hiring, training and developing new employees.

Position: Department Manager, K&B Garage Doors, a DH Pace Company, Inc.

In this role, you will oversee the department, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction.

We need a versatile leader who's ready to wear many hats, stay flexible in a high‑volume, high‑pressure environment, and be willing to travel during training. You'll bring a strong customer service mindset, keep team morale high while holding customer service standards to the highest bar, and be driven to help this branch grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the department
• Managing and developing skilled field technicians/installers and office personnel with a common goal of providing top level service with a focus on minimizing labor costs and maximizing profit.
• Ensure that projects are completed timely, efficiently, below budget and to the satisfaction of our customers.
• Proactively address and manage customer interactions to ensure a positive experience, even when delivering difficult news.
• Will have department Budget and P&L responsibility with the expectation of effectively controlling labor and material costs
• Improve individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviews
• Will assist with hiring, training and developing new employees
• Other duties as assigned by manager

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Supervisory or managerial responsibilities with a company that fixes/repairs/installs equipment/products preferred
• Must be an excellent communicator who is highly organized and possesses a good mechanical aptitude
• Must have the capability of managing and developing skilled field technicians/installers and office personnel with a common goal of providing top level service with a focus on minimizing labor costs and maximizing profit.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and good driving record
