Responsibilities

• Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Managers may also lead departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up and reporting results.
• Guest Service Department Managers oversee crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department Managers ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, safe, fast food, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department Managers hire qualified crew, train them, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, and motivate employees.

Qualifications

• Previous managerial experience, preferably within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
